View our Course ScheduleCertified Nursing Assistant  Course – 120 hours/ 3 weeks and one day. Course fee $1195.cna training Class meets Monday- Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. for two weeks. Week 3 is clinical. Clinical time depends on clinical site. The Monday following clinical is final exam and graduation.

Books and supplies– Text book (Mosby’s textbook for Nursing Assistants the 10th edition  $100.00.   Ceil blue scrub rental $10, D&S Handbook free. State Approved Exam  $118.

Adult CPR and 1st Aid– will be offered during the first week of the  course for those who would like to participate (CPR and 1st Aid are required by the State of Arizona in order to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant ). This course is also offered as an independent course. $45.00. The Adult CPR/First Aid card is good for 2 years

Fingerprint Clearance- We will assist you in completing your fingerprint application. A Level one Fingerprint Clearance Card is required at all places of employment to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Arizona. $67 application fee/$5 fingerprint cost. If you are self-pay, paying by cashiers check or money order, make a separate Cashiers Check or Money Order  Payable to D.P.S. for $67.00

TB Test-  offered your first or second week of training.  Negative T.B. test is required by any employer hiring a Certified Caregiver to work in an Adult Care Home or Center). $25.00. If you have had a TB Skin test within the last 6 months please bring a copy for your school records.


Shot Records:

Each student will need to show proof of • MMR-2 doses or lab titer confirming immunity*
• Varicella-2 doses or lab titer confirming immunity*
• Hepatitis B lab titer confirming immunity or signed declination.*
• CPR for Healthcare Providers from an AHA certified site for those in a clinical setting

•Annual Influenza vaccination status*

• Tdap from within the past 10 years*

• Covid *

• Government issued photo identification
